Welcome to MOHITI. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the MOHITI website and to purchases made directly from us.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986, or any other rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Products

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, photographs, colours, measurements, lens strengths and other information are accurate. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on screens and lighting.

Reading Glasses

MOHITI reading glasses are ready-made reading glasses intended for general near-vision assistance. Customers are responsible for selecting the lens strength appropriate for them unless they relied on specific advice from MOHITI. Our products are not a substitute for professional eye examination, diagnosis or treatment.

Prices and Orders

Prices on our New Zealand website are in New Zealand dollars unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be shown before purchase. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch where reasonably necessary, including stock unavailability, genuine pricing or website errors, payment issues, suspected fraud or an address or shipping issue preventing fulfilment. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the applicable amount.

Promotions and Membership Offers

Promotional prices, multi-buy offers, member offers and discount codes are subject to the terms shown at the time of the promotion. Any material conditions will be disclosed clearly.

Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy. These policies are in addition to your statutory rights under New Zealand law.

Website Availability and Intellectual Property

We may update website content and functionality from time to time. MOHITI trademarks, logos, branding, photographs, graphics, website content and written material belong to MOHITI or are used with permission and must not be commercially copied or reproduced without permission except where permitted by law.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOHITI will not be responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or arise from circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
