We want your MOHITI eyewear to reach you safely and as quickly as reasonably possible.

New Zealand Shipping Rates

Auckland: NZ$7.99
Rest of New Zealand: NZ$9.99

FREE standard shipping on New Zealand orders of NZ$50 or more.

Order Processing

Orders are generally dispatched on business days. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays or during busy promotional periods may be processed on the next available business day.

Delivery Times

Delivery times shown on our website or at checkout are estimates unless we expressly agree to a particular delivery date. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the indicated timeframe or, where no timeframe is agreed, within a reasonable timeframe.

Tracking, Delays and Lost Parcels

Where tracking is available, details will be provided after dispatch. If your order is delayed or appears lost, contact mohitiglasses@gmail.com with your name and order number. Where MOHITI arranged the delivery, we will work with the carrier to investigate and provide an appropriate remedy where required by law.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and photos where appropriate. Where MOHITI is responsible, we will provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost to you.

Delivery Address

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. If an order is returned because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, reasonable additional shipping charges may apply before resending. This does not apply where the issue was caused by MOHITI or our delivery provider.

International Shipping

International shipping is available only where offered at checkout or confirmed by MOHITI. International customers may be responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges or clearance fees unless otherwise stated.
